In 2008, Melina started her jewellery apprenticeship in her hometown of Perth, where she honed her craft. During this time, she achieved the remarkable feat of winning the Apprentice of the Year award not once, but twice, in 2010 and 2011. Her unwavering passion for bespoke jewellery has been a driving force throughout her journey.

Melina's travels took her around the world, including a transformative period living in London, where she gained exposure to a different realm of jewellery. Upon returning to her hometown, she made the pivotal decision in 2017 to relocate to Melbourne, the fashion capital of Australia. There, she continued to craft exquisite pieces, and in April 2022, she took the bold leap to dedicate herself fully to her own jewellery business, pouring her heart and soul into her eponymous label.
