Australian domestic shipping

All orders are packaged securely and with care. Orders within Australia are sent using complimentary Express Post via Australia Post or Priority Post DHL. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au or www.dhl.com.au

International shipping

All international shipping orders are sent with your choice of standard Australia Post or Express Australia Post. These packages are registered and trackable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au.

International Standard Shipping parcels can take anywhere between 10 and 20 working days to arrive and International Express Shipping parcels can take anywhere between 7 and 15 working days to arrive.

International Priority Express Shipping is via DHL. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.dhl.com.au

Melina Jewellery Design is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred in the postage process.

Please note that shipping times do not include production times.


Returns.

Returns and Exchanges

Custom made orders and personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch with any questions you may have regarding your specific item before ordering to be sure your jewellery is right for you. 

There is no exchange or refund due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase on custom makes or personalised items.

30 Days to Return

Items purchased online can’t be refunded but can be exchanged for a store credit. It must be within 30 days of delivery.

Return Cost

The item must be unworn and undamaged and returned in the original packaging at your own cost.
